TRFO Remains Open

The Thompson Region Family Obstetrics Group remains open and providing maternity care services in the region. The group has been able to recruit more physicians and more stable funding to continue providing these important services.

Pregnant patients do require a referral to the clinic, with all initial investigations completed. Please see your family physician, First Steps Early Pregnancy clinic, or Urgent Primary Care Centre.

Please note that the clinic does have limited space so we will not be able to accommodate all referrals. Patients should continue to see their primary care provider for prenatal care until they have been confirmed accepted at the clinic and had their first visit there.
